June AstroSankofa does their first public art installation with STEP Public Art

September AstroSankofa created an art installation at the Jean Augustine Secondary School in Brampton.

AstroSankofa launches Black History Month campaign partnership with TTC

July - Opens office in Jane Finch Mall at JFM+

July AstroSankfofa instals the first permanent public art piece, "Fah Who Dis? AstroBlack Joy!" with Kanisha Dabreo at Emancipation Park in Brampton.

October. Launch the Cosmic Northside Conference, the first-ever Afrofuturism conference, in a major institution at the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa.
